50% from the oldest (33yo) estate vines with three of the five preferred clones (D5V12, Martini and 777) contributing, 33% matured in new French oak. Has great colour, and the bouquet fills the senses with the first whiff, spices leading the way, then the full cavalcade following on the palate: earth, forest, plum, dark cherry, oak and fine but persistent tannins all in play.
