Winemaker Notes

This wine is a deep Scarlett in color with lush and fragrant aromas of dried cranberry, raspberry, cocoa, and spice. Velvety and elegant flavors of raspberry and ripe cherry with layers of cedar and allspice. Rich and balanced with refined tannins.

Pairs well with risotto with truffle and Parmesan, honey garlic glazed salmon with asparagus, or tuna tartar.
