A barrel sample blended from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the very deep purple-black colored 2016 Dancing Hares Proprietary Red offers up black currant cordial, warm plums, black berry preserves and chocolate box notes with wafts of red fruit, dusty earth and herbs. Very firm in the medium to full-bodied mouth with very fine tannins, it's very pure and pretty, finishing long and lively.
