Description
This Pinot Noir is a product of dedication, creativity and relationships. During the very tumultuous and uncertain growing season of 2020, we found vineyards that were diamonds in the rough. If it weren’t for the growers, we wouldn’t have known the fruit was available, and because of these relationships, this wine was produced. The Farm Vineyards is a gorgeous, three-acre site on the edge of Sebastopol bordering the “Laguna of Santa Rosa”, making it one of the lowest vineyards in Sonoma County, the vineyards are organically grown and meticulously maintained.

The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black cherry, five spice, and anise with supporting notes of boysenberry, black tea, forest floor, violet, and rhubarb. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of blackberry, black plum, and slate. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins and tart red fruits. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent yet vibrant texture. A bit of a different animal than their previous Sonoma Coast Pinots but it's our favorite to date." ~ Sean Ludford, BevX
